Gate of Hope Connects
There's a place for you here.
It's where friends, volunteers, and supporters come to see what we're doing and find their own way into it. We walk alongside East African new neighbors building lives in Louisville and in Rwanda. There's room here for you, too.
What it is
An open door, every month.
You don't need a title or a big commitment to belong here. Some people show up once to listen, then never miss a month. Others roll up their sleeves and stay for years. Both belong.
Ways to connect
Four ways in.
Every month
Monthly Virtual Gatherings
We meet the second Thursday of every month at noon Eastern, online. You'll hear from the families we walk with, get the honest story on how the work is going, and see where you might fit. Drop in whenever you like.

Friends of Gate of Hope Meet-Ups
A few of us, six to ten, over coffee or a light lunch or whatever you're into. Pull a group together yourself, or just invite us to come to you. These run all year.

Corporate & Organizational Partnerships
Companies, churches, and organizations partner with us to give their people something worth doing together. It pulls a team closer, and it does real good in the community.
Start the conversationWhy join
Why people show up.
You hear the real thing
Not a pitch. The actual stories, told by the people living them.
You see what faith does
Lives are changing in Louisville and Rwanda. Come watch it happen.
You find your part
Maybe you volunteer. Maybe you give, or open a door we couldn't. We'll work it out together.
Come as you are
You belong at the table.
Maybe you want to roll up your sleeves. Maybe you can give, or introduce us to someone who can. Maybe you just believe people deserve a real welcome. Any of it is enough. Come find your place.
We gather the second Thursday of every month at noon. Questions? Email [email protected] and we'll get right back to you.
Come say hello
